Micellar water is a product that initiates the cleansing process. It is used for makeup removal, i.e., cleansing the skin from used colored cosmetics. After this stage, the cleansing process should continue using another product, such as foam, oil, gel, or emulsion, which requires the use of water.

Micellar water contains micelles in its composition, which bind to particles of impurities, initiating the cleansing process. The action of toner is associated with restoring the proper pH of the skin, which is disrupted during washing and is a crucial element of skincare.

Micellar water and toner are two completely different products.

Toner should be applied after each use of water, which disrupts the acid-base balance of the skin. How? It's an individual choice (it may also depend on the packaging: pump, atomizer). You can apply the appropriate amount of toner to a cotton pad and gently wipe the skin, spray it (atomizer), or dispense it onto your hands and gently pat. The latter two methods work especially well for very delicate and reactive skin, as the application excludes rubbing the skin.

The skin has its own TOT (turnover time), which is the time it takes for a cell to transform and slough off. Physiologically, with healthy skin, this time is approximately 26-28 days. The recommended frequency for external exfoliation with a scrub is once a week. Too frequent exfoliation can lead to disruptions in the skin's functioning.

Enzymatic peeling is a type of chemical exfoliation, primarily using enzymes that dissolve dead skin cells. In fine peeling, abrasive particles such as corundum (a mineral) are used to physically scrub away dead skin cells. This is an example of mechanical/physical exfoliation.

Serum can be applied both in the morning and at night or during a specific time chosen for your skincare routine. It's important to note that applying serum under moisturizer always enhances its effectiveness.

Matte SPF 50 Cream and Illuminating SPF 30 Cream are products that, in addition to protecting against sunlight, have various skincare benefits, each tailored to the specific product. However, if the skin requires the application of another cosmetic under the SPF, there are no contraindications. Due to the presence of mineral filters in our SPF creams, we recommend applying lighter consistencies underneath.

The eye cream is best applied using the ring finger, as it exerts the least pressure on the skin, preventing it from stretching. By tapping gently around the eyes, you also stimulate microcirculation! Remember to perform circular movements following the direction of eyebrow growth.

Certainly! The oil is excellent for cleansing problematic skin without compromising the hydro-lipid barrier. This ensures that the skin is not dried out during the cleansing process. The oil is rinsed off the skin surface and contains non-comedogenic ingredients.

The formulas of eye creams are significantly gentler than those of face creams. The eye area is a very delicate area that requires careful care, and it should not be overloaded. For the eye area, we recommend using creams specifically designed for that region.

Yes, of course! The most important thing is to choose skincare based on the condition and needs of your skin. As needs often overlap, feel free to combine, for example, a moisturizing series with an anti-aging one.

The correct pronunciation of the brand name is only one, and it is "kloszi." Where did the idea for this name come from?

In the logo, above the name, we have a tree composed of many tiny bells. In the French language, the word "cloche" means bell. To this word, we added one "e," which was a purely cosmetic move because we did not want the brand name to have any specific meaning.

Already during the creation of the concept for the cosmetic company, the assumption was made that our products would be enjoyed not only by customers in Poland but also internationally. Therefore, despite being a Polish brand and being proud of it, the name is not typically Polish.

Although the name may be misleading, Clochee cosmetics were created and are produced in Poland. Clochee was founded by two women from Szczecin: Daria Prochenka and Justyna Szuszkiewicz. Currently, our team consists of several dozen individuals who create products with passion and dedication.

Clochee products have never been and will never be tested on animals – it is part of our philosophy – we draw from nature, respecting and caring for the environment. We also verify our suppliers to ensure that the raw materials we purchase from them have not been tested on animals. It is worth adding that according to European Union law, there is a ban on selling products tested on animals within its territory.

Almost all Clochee products are free from ingredients of animal origin, which means they are also suitable for vegans. All our products are free from animal testing.

From the very beginning, we have been conscientiously caring for the environment. Most of our products are enclosed in glass and plastic that is 100% recycled. We also believe that "less is more," so we pack our products sparingly, and whenever possible, we try to avoid placing them in external cardboard boxes.

Currently, we do not offer the shipment of individual samples. When making any purchase on our online store, we include random samples with each order. To receive a sample of a specific product of interest, you can leave a comment in your order requesting the specific samples. If the requested sample is available in our warehouse, it will be included in your order. Samples are also available at our physical stores in Szczecin and Warsaw, where you can receive them without making a prior purchase.
